The specially manufactured ball bearing race are distinguished by their particularly large diameters. Thanks to the H construction, maximum stability and low weight can be guaranteed.
Through the granulate blasting of the chassis and body, a wet-chemical cleaning in the spray and the material is prepared for the KTL coating (cathodic dip painting) using a dipping process and zinc phosphating. The dipping process also coats cavities
The surface is finished with a powder coating at 160-180°C. Standard in black and HB green. However, there are no limits to customer wishes.

steel plate platform, self-cleaning and folded from one piece
The steel plate platforms are produced exclusively at the plant in Laa an der Thaya. The manufacturing process is characterized especially by the completely smooth surface. Such a surface can only be achieved by means of foil seam fusion. Another highlight is the self-cleaning platform edge, patented by Brantner.
