ACC Coating is a high class protection against corrosion.

ACC (developed by Henkel) means: Autophoretic Coating Chemicals. Autophorese is a process which generates a corrosion coat through a chemical reaction not through the use of current.

An extreme clear metal surface is required.

Through this procedure an all around coating can be achieved even on complex parts.

An excellent body cavity coating is granted because of the missing faraday-effect, which can be found at the electrocoating but not at the autophorese process.

This surface coating process can also be used to treat thin sheet (sideboards and tipping frames) in contrast to zinc coating where the parts were deformed.

Brantner has the largest ACC surface coating plant around the world. Parts up to 16m lenght can be coated. The parts are cleaned and coated in a fully automated process.
